Let’s sort out your email

A few quick questions and we’ll know exactly what you need — no account needed to start a move, and you’ll watch 3 real emails arrive before you pay anything.

What do you want to do?
Where is your email today?
Where do you want it to go?

The new mailboxes need to exist before we copy into them — we’ll check that on the next screen.

Will you keep your current email addresses?

This is the one answer we never guess — it decides how the whole migration runs.

How many email addresses are you moving?

Sets your price and how long it takes. You can add or remove mailboxes before you pay.

Which mail should we move?

Leave both blank to move everything — that’s what most people want. A date range narrows every mailbox in this job.

What happens next

  1. Connect — add each mailbox pair. We test every connection before going further.
  2. Preflight & verify — we count what’s there, then actually move 3 real emails and show you they arrived. Free, no account, no card.
  3. Pay — only once you’ve seen the proof. Priced by mailbox count.
  4. Migrate — we copy the rest and reconcile every message. Nothing is deleted from your old mailbox.
  5. Switch over — same-address moves only: we keep mirroring new mail until your domain is fully moved.
Where is the email you want to download?
How many mailboxes are you downloading?

Sets your price. You can add or remove mailboxes before you pay.

You get one .mbox file per folder, inside a zip. Thunderbird, Apple Mail and most desktop clients import them directly. Your original mailbox is never touched, and we keep the download available for 30 days.
Where is the mailbox you want backed up?

Vault backs up over IMAP — cPanel, Zoho, Fastmail, your own server, and most web hosts.

How often should we back it up?

Change it any time, per mailbox.

How far back should we go?

Leave blank to back up the whole mailbox. You can also narrow by folder, sender or attachment size once you’re in.

What happens next

  1. Create your account — Vault needs one, and we verify your email before the first backup runs. Backing up a mailbox to an unverified identity is a security risk.
  2. Connect the mailbox — address, IMAP host and password. We test it before saving anything.
  3. First backup — runs on the schedule you picked. Nothing is ever deleted from the mailbox.
  4. Browse, restore, reclaim — search big attachments, restore a message or a whole snapshot, and clear space in the original mailbox once it’s safely in Vault.
